Virginia Unique Standards

:Some regulations are unique to the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Virginia Unique Standards are enacted by the Safety and Health Codes Board for enforcement by the Department of Labor and Industry. These are as follows:

• 16VAC25-60: Administrative Regulation for the Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Program
• 16VAC25-70: Confined Space Standard Telecommunications Industry
• 16VAC25-73: Tree Trimming Operations
• 16VAC25-75: General Industry Standard for Telecommunications, General, Approach Distances
• 16VAC25-97: Reverse Signal Operation
• 16VAC25-145: Fall Protection for Subpart R – Steel Erection
• 16VAC25-160: Construction Industry Standard for Sanitation
• 16VAC25-180: Field Sanitation, Agriculture 
• 16VAC25-200: Voluntary Protection Program
• Overhead High Voltage Line Safety Act
