OSHA 7505 Introduction to Incident (Accident) Investigation

ntroduces basic incident investigation procedures and describes analysis techniques. Participants will gain basic skills necessary to conduct an effective incident investigation at their workplace. Topics include the primary reasons for conducting an incident investigation, employer responsibilities related to workplace incident investigations, and a four-step incident investigation procedure. The VA Department of Labor and Industry’s VOSH Institute for Learning and Outreach is not an OTI Education Center but serves as a host training organization for the National Resource Center. Cost $225 with lunch included.
