OSHA 7410 Managing Excavation Hazards

Covers roles and responsibilities of the employer to educate and assign a competent person to excavation sites. Topics include understanding and application of definitions relating to the OSHA Excavation Standard, excavation hazards and control measures, soil analysis techniques, protective system requirements and emergency response. The VA Department of Labor and Industry’s VOSH Institute for Learning and Outreach is not an OTI Education Center but serves as a host training organization for the National Resource Center. Cost $225 with lunch included.
