Certified Payroll Work Group (HB569/SB 518)

DOLI is convening a Certified Payroll Work Group pursuant to HB 569/SB 518 (2026) to examine the feasibility of a certified payroll reporting portal and database under Virginia’s prevailing wage law. The meetings will be held virtually on September 3, 2026 and September 22, 2026.
